The Studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the over 100-year-old townhouse and features a spacious living and kitchen area, a charming vintage dining table with comfortable dining chairs for up to 10 people, and 2 Italian sofas on a fluffy rug for cozy moments. The two south-facing balconies offer relaxed sunny moments at any time of day with a wonderful view of the town square and the rooftops of Kyritz.

The fully equipped kitchen with a La Marzocco espresso machine, Lacanche range stove, kitchen island, and antique pantry invites you to cook or simply serve a delicious breakfast with barista-style coffee.

The hallway leads to the three bedrooms, each furnished with high-quality Danish double beds. The northernmost bedroom and the larger bathroom offer a romantic view of the green courtyard, where our guests can relax on bamboo lounge furniture under string lights on milder days.

Both bathrooms feature a large freestanding marble sink, brass fixtures, a spacious shower, and a washing machine. The larger, daylight-filled bathroom offers the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing bath in the freestanding wooden bathtub.

The hallway offers space to store suitcases and jackets, and in the French vintage bookshelf our guests find handmade ceramics and a small, fine selection of books.

The mix of high-quality vintage furniture and carefully selected Scandinavian designer pieces in warm wood tones brings warmth and harmony to the loft-like ambience.
